We produce products on a made-to-order basis and no inventory is held on store items. Upon placing your order, production of your items can begin within 1 business day. Please note that this process typically takes up to 3 weeks to complete.
In most instances, GearUp is able to accommodate rush production of most products and printed graphics. Please contact hello@gogearup.ca to inquire about the applicable rush fees and order submittal deadlines necessary for the delivery of your order faster than our posted production times and transit delays.
For inquiries concerning split orders or shipments to multiple locations, kindly reach out to us at hello@gogearup.ca. Please be aware that packaging and shipping costs for split orders will be billed separately.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to include extra logos on orders through this store. Should you wish to add logos or place a custom order, please contact us at hello@gogearup.ca. We are happy to help out with any custom orders.

All items ordered online are produced on a made-to-order basis. To request a cancellation or modification to your order, please contact hello@gogearup.ca by 3 pm EST on the following business day after your order is placed. After this time, orders will be in production and cancellations/reductions in quantity will not be possible. Should you need to increase your order after this time, please contact hello@gogearup.ca to determine if the request can be accommodated.

The minimum order quantities are necessary because items are produced on a made-to-order basis and no inventory is held on store items. When an order is placed, we source materials and begin production, ensuring timely fulfilment while maintaining product quality. Some exceptions can be made but less than minimum charges may apply. Please contact hello@gogearup.ca to determine if a lower quantity can be accommodated.
